01 · The challenge
Honey buyers worry about adulteration, so trust had to come before the sale.
Pure honey and ghee are bought on trust, and many customers have been fooled by fake products. Sunam Food, with more than 26,000 followers, needed a store where buyers could understand each product, learn how to tell real honey from fake and order with cash on delivery. The content had to work in Bangla and English, for customers and for search.
