01 · The challenge
A standard checkout did not fit how orders are placed, paid and shipped in Bangladesh.
Out-of-the-box WooCommerce is not built for Bangladeshi addresses, cash on delivery or local couriers. SS2 Mart needed a checkout that used district and thana selection, supported advance payment, accepted bKash and passed orders to Steadfast Courier cleanly.
