Mondal Knitting Fabrics — A Bangla-first store for laser cut and embroidered three-piece sets, with cash on delivery, order tracking and a wholesale page.

01 · The challenge

A maker selling both to customers and to resellers needed one store for both.

Mondal Knitting Fabrics began in 2024 with machine embroidery designs and now makes laser cut, karchupi and embroidered three-piece sets. It sells directly to customers and supplies online pages and shops across the country. The website had to speak Bangla first, build trust for cash-on-delivery buyers and give resellers their own route.

02 · What we built

A fabric maker's store that serves buyers and resellers.

Collections in Bangla, a clear story of how the fabric is made, and a separate wholesale path.

  • Collection-led shopping

Floral laser cut, desi print laser cut, karchupi embroidery, Pakistani marshall laser cut and saree collections.

  • Bangla-first interface

Menus, buttons, product names and policies in Bangla, so every step feels natural.

  • Cash on delivery

Nationwide cash on delivery and an order tracking page, shown in the top bar.

  • Wholesale page

  • Explained craftsmanship

A short section on why laser cutting is different, and what comes in each three-piece set.

  • WhatsApp and call ordering

WhatsApp order buttons with a pre-filled Bangla message, plus a call number.

03 · Results
